The Power of Podcasting and Empowerment
Director — Podcast
When Chief Executive Women (CEW) approached CoBox to create a podcast series promoting the CEW Leadership Program and advancing gender equality, we eagerly accepted the challenge. Podcasts have a unique power to set agendas and spark meaningful conversations, and my commitment to advocacy and purpose-driven projects dates back to the award-winning feature documentary, Zach’s Ceremony. Co-creating the podcast series with CEW was an opportunity to put these core beliefs into action.
We developed a 10-part video podcast series, each 30-minute episode leading discussions on advocacy, women in leadership, development advice, and impactful stories. The series, aptly named “Driving the Equality Agenda,” was a resounding success, spearheaded by Ann Burns. It not only promoted the CEW Leadership Program but also made significant strides in the gender equality space.
